My name is Chloe Doyle. First off, I am an outstanding student. I have always received very good grades in school and excelled in all of my classes. I always love a challenge and when I was in elementary school I had to overcome a reading disability. I worked many hours with a tutor and worked my way up to the top of all of my classes. I attended a private school from kindergarten until the 8th grade and in my 9th grade year I transferred to a 5A school. I have taken all honors courses and will continue to do so until I graduate, I love to learn and I excel in math and science.
I love to play and am very passionate about sports. My freshman year I made the varsity starting catcher of my high school team. I received an award for All Conference Honorable Mention. My team went to the state tournament, but we were eliminated in the first round. I look so forward to playing for the next three years and hopefully winning the state tournament. I also made the varsity basketball team my freshman year. I started almost every game and received an award for Academic All State First Team and East Metro Athletic All Academic Selection. My basketball team also reached the state tournament, but we were eliminated pretty early. I was honored and humbled to play varsity on both teams. I know that varsity as a freshman is not awarded very often and I am so thankful that I was chosen.
I have played softball since I was 5 years old. I love the sport so much and I play almost everyday. Currently, I play for a 16U Firecrackers team. I mainly play 3rd baseman and catcher, but I can play anywhere on the field and I understand all of the positions including pitching. I understand and appreciate the meaning of handwork and am willing to work harder to become better. My dad made a hitting facility in our garage and I hit and do tee work everyday! Just this year I have had the opportunity to attend a few showcase camps and I love hearing the feedback that the college coaches have for me. I look forward to doing so much more in the future.
I like to think of myself as a leader and I am very self motivated. I work very hard to keep my grades very high and I work everyday to keep in shape for my sports lifestyle. I look forward to being accepted to a college where I can become the successful person that I want to be.
