Personal Statement
I have played ball since I was 4 years old. I love it, I love the competition, I love playing on the dirt. I made my mind up in elementary school that I wanted to play college ball and become a pediatrician. Last Summer I got to meet one of my inspirations, Jennie Finch at her camp in Chicago, thanks to my Great Grandmother (who passed away while I was on my way to camp). I learned so much and it gave me a greater passion to play. I was able to watch the Chicago Bandits play while I was there and decided I wanted to make that another goal. I know with my family's support I will be able to make my dreams come true.
