I am a very outgoing person and can get along with basicly anyone. I am 5'9" and weigh 130lbs. I have a strong arm and very agressive on third and first base. I am nearly fearless on espically third base but also first base when it comes to charging bunts, getting hit hard line drives, and hard grounders. I've played on my ASA team, the Bureau County Blaze, for 7 years now. Last year we won the Illionis 16U B State championship game. We then went to the Northern Nationals and placed 8th. For the past 4 years that I've been on the Blaze my team has gone to nationals and placing top 15 my first year going and top 10 my last 2 years I've gone. I am a very competitive player and hard working and a good leader. I love to play softball and have always dreamed about playing college softball since I was in 5th grade. I would really like to go to a college that is not spread out all over the town or a huge campus. I also would like to go to college in the middle of Illinois, northern Illinois, or an hour or so across the Mississippi River into Iowa. My family probably will qualify for FAFSA. I want to go to college to play softball and get a degree in elemetary education/ special education. I want to be able to get as much playing time as possible and have a college that the coaches and teachers work together and understand if you need to miss a practice for a test or miss class for a game. I am a very competitve player and would like to play competitve teams but playing the highest level is not a huge deal to me, but I do like competition. I mainly want to go to college to do what i love and have fun doing something I've spent so much time doing and pursueing my dreams, and that is to play softball and get a degree in elemetary education/ special education.
