Personal Statement
My name is Maddy Hibbard. I grew up in Washington, Il. I have been playing softball since I was six years old, I was the little kid that looked up to the high school players and college players and knew I wanted to be them someday. I currently am a High School softball player at Washington Community High School and I am really hoping to fulfill my dream of being a college player. I've known this since I was a young kid just starting out, I wanted to play when I was older and play in college. I have put a lot of time into the game of softball hoping to reach my goal. In my spare time or when I'm stressed I love going to the batting cages. It helps me clear my mind and get better at what I love at the same time. I have been taking batting lessons from Lucas Cook, a former college baseball player at ISU, where he has really helped me a lot with perfecting my swing. I am willing to do whatever it takes to take my game to the next level. I am always willing to learn new things on and off the fields. Coaches say I'm a very aggressive player and always striving to win, but when it comes down to it, I am one of the more coachable players on the team. I am willing to do whatever it takes to take my game to the next level. So if interested please contact me at 309-202-8492 with any questions. Thank you for taking your time to read this. I hope to hear from you.
