Personal Statement

I am motivated and talented student athlete that loves to pitch in Softball. I take all honors or accelerated course work in school and have been a First Team All Conference Award winner for my High School Varsity Softball team as an underclassman. I am also a member of numerous clubs and organizations in school including LEAD, Link Crew, Class Board, Foreign Language Club and FBLA. I currently play softball during the offseason for the Mizuno Hawks College Showcase team out of Joliet, IL. I am the primary pitcher for that team. I am dedicated to my studies, to my softball workouts, my teammates and my fellow club members.

My primary focus in college will be seeking a great education in Mathematics, Accounting or Finance. My dream opportunity would be a College or University with a great Math and Finance Department that offered me the opportunity to receive an academic scholarship and the opportunity to pitch for their Softball team. I believe my academic record, Softball performance and leadership experience are a great combination for any Collegiate Softball Program.
