Personal Statement

My goals for the future include getting to play softball at a collegiate level. I plan on achieving this by hard work, dedication, and discipline. I show hard work by maintaining a 4.0 GPA, and being tied first out of my class of 360. I show dedication by practicing hard and bettering myself somehow every day of the week, and working outside of practices. By doing so, my freshman year I was recognized for outfield, and earned Kaw Valley All League, second team for my high school. I was also named Athlete of the week by the Shawnee Dispatch. During this past year as a sophomore I recieved the Clutch Hitter Award, and was also named Kaw Valley All League, Second Team for Infield at short stop. I look forward to the journey to find the right college, both academically and athletically.

Excited about the new opportunity/challenge of playing up an age division, after our Rockets' coach retired from head coaching.
2013 Olathe Rockets (14A)
This is a first year 14 team that is playing "A" ball. The fall season has been a rebuilding season, with the addition of 5 new players. Looking forward to great off-season workouts and to come out strong in the spring/summer. We have a great coaching staff, with two who are local high school assistant coaches for Olathe East High School and St. Thomas Aquinas.
2012 Olathe Rockets (12A)
This was a second year 12 team.
2011 2Xtreme KS (12B)
The coach decided to move the team up to 14 a year early. I chose to remain at the U12 age for another year. So, had to make a team change again.
2010 KC Crunch - white KS (10B)
I joined the team for the winter/spring season. Then, the team split after the year, due to age splits between 10/12 for the next year.
2009 KC Eruption KS (10A)
This was my first year of competitive softball and the team split due to age split between 10/12.
