Karli Kline '17 Recruiting Profile

My name is Karli Kline and I am in the graduating class of 2017 at Elisabeth Ann Johnson High School in Mt. Morris, Michigan. My current GPA is a 3.34 and I have been the starting pitcher for my school since the beginning of my freshman season. Everyone is born with a dream, mine happens to be athletics. In order to pursue my childhood dream of playing college softball, I know that I have to work hard! Outside of playing softball, I like to stay active by participating on my school’s varsity volleyball, and basketball teams. I am also active with our school’s National Honor Society and volunteer at numerous sporting events. I have played travel softball since I was eight years old and have attended weekly pitching lessons by two different coaches since the age of ten. My current travel team is Rip City that plays out of Fenton, MI. On my high school team I am relied upon to pitch most of our games, during summer ball I also play 3rd base and the outfield. I am a leader on and off the court and an athlete that is very coachable. I love the game of softball and being with my team mates. I am really looking forward to playing at the next level. I care equally about academics and athletics, which makes it is really important for me to get into a school where I can pursue a Business Degree concentrating on Human Resources Management.
