My competitive drive has always pushed me to be the best I can be in whatever I pursue. Whether it's big or small, I'm always looking to conquer any challenge I can find. 

Softball is my passion because just like a challenge, I can't predict it. I have to work through it play by play and trust that my preparation will lead me to success. The game has given me many opportunities to overcome and bounce back from challenges.

Playing at the collegiate level has been a goal of mine for as long as I can remember. Other than the amazing people that have always supported me, I owe much of who I am to the game. My passion for the game gave me a resilient mentality that carried over into school. I knew I needed good grades to get to the next level. Softball gave me a reason to work harder in school, and with that I found an interest in my education. I work to make sure my grades reflect the effort I have put in. My goal is to educate myself as much as I can because I want to make a difference.

 To me, anything can be accomplished with hard work. I'm not afraid to take risks or to fail. I believe that an obstacle is just another opportunity to get better.
