Personal Statement
After family, softball and education are two of the most important things in my life. When it comes to softball, I am constantly working on my game. During the season I have softball at least 5 days a week: private lessons, team practices, speed and agility training, games, batting cages, practicing on a tee or bounce back net in my backyard. During the off season I work just as hard at least 4 days a week. I love softball! My grades are a big priority. I take grades and studying very serious and plan my studies ahead of time and don't procrastinate when it comes to school work. Softball and grades are important to me, I often turn down other activities, because I have softball or a lot of school work. I am very committed to both.
In game play, I am always cheering on my team, both in and out of the dugout, which keeps me one-hundred percent focused. I believe that if you have a positive, cheerful dugout, you are set up for a good game. That is why I am always positive when it comes to softball, and most things in life. I always hold myself accountable for everything I do and, I consistently am looking for ways to improve. I am always open to new ideas from coaches. Whenever I am not playing, all I want to do is be out on the field with my team playing. I am truly in love with this game, and believe I will be a great addition to your team.
