I have been playing softball since I was four years old and I have always had a love for the game. I would love to play in college and I understand how hard I have to work to get there. I started out with t-ball and then moved up to a youth softball league. I also played one year of modified softball when I was in seventh grade. The next year, I was moved up to JV and at the end of the JV season I was moved up to Varsity as an eighth grader to help at Sectionals. I started at short stop.
In addition, I have played six years of travel softball. The teams I have played for year round are an hour (or farther) from my hometown which means constant traveling. Juggling school and sports can be challenging, but I will to do anything for the sport I love.
I am willing to work hard and stay dedicated to the sports I play. I will also work hard in the classroom and keep my grades up in order for me to have the best future possible. I will push myself and have a good attitude when asked to complete a task and I will stay focused and give 100% during practices and games.
Overall, I can't wait for college and I hope I will get the chance to play at least one sport.
