Personal Statement
I am a college sophomore at Barton County Community College.
I went to Noble High School in Oklahoma and played for the Oklahoma Twisters Gold as the first baseman.
Since coming to college, I have picked pitching back up and it is now my main position, but I can still play in the infield. I am a slap hitter.
I should be getting a medical redshirt year because my freshman year, at Oklahoma Panhandle State University, I hurt my back. I am still recovering, but my coaches, trainers, and doctors have been working with me to get better and by spring I should be better. As much as I'd like to stay at Barton for two years, I have 35 credit hours and only need 60 to graduate with my associates, so we don't know that it can happen. Because of this, I'm starting to look at 4 years so that I can be prepared come end of spring semester.
