Personal Statement
I am currently a junior at Bellwood-Antis High School, located in Bellwood, Pennsylvania. My high school is very athletic, so I grew up to be competitive when it comes to sports and even academics. I always strive to be the best that I could possibly be. I am 6 feet 1 inch tall and weigh approximately 170 pounds. After graduating high school, I plan to go to a medium-large sized college. My preferred field of study is Physical Therapy. I am always on time to practice, games, school, and more. I am enrolled in the Academic courses at Bellwood-Antis.
A big achievement I have accomplished is getting invited to be a part of America's Team traveling to Italy this summer to compete for a USA team championship.
On and off the field, I feel it is a necessity to develop a bond with your teammates. You should be able to pick up each others strengths and weaknesses to help your team reach its goals. I play third base, first base, and shortstop. I believe that the word team is a word used to describe a special type of family. I play for the Lady Blue Devils varsity team and the Razorback Reds 16U travel team. In August of 2014, we placed 2nd at the World Series held in Salisbury, Maryland. . I am always open to trying new things such as positions, drills, courses, etc. It would be a dream come true to play softball at a high level such as college and I am certainly willing to do anything to make my dreams into a reality.
