Personal Statement

I will be a 2017 graduate from Methacton Senior High School, Pennsylvania. I have been playing softball since the age of five years old and I am aspired to play at the collegiate level. I first begin to pitch at the age of 9 as opportunity to better myself and help my team. My father and I took the first year and half of me learning how to pitch as father daughter time. I began formal pitching training at the age of 11 and continue to go in the off season and consult with my pitch coach in season when I feel my mechanics or a pitch is not working right. Currently I throw fastball, change up, curve, screw, drop and rise ball. My favorite pitch is the called third strike! I dream of the summer of 2020 roughly my junior year of college and joining the USA national team to compete in the 2020 summer Olympics. Each year I look to improve not only my pitching but all aspect of the game of softball. I want to attend a college where I can push myself academically and on the softball field. I am open to all options and want to find the right college match.

  • Notes: Played Babe Ruth softball and won the first ever PA state qualifier to the 2012 Babe ruth softball world series 12U also finished 2nd in PA state tournament. Competed in the Babe Ruth world series and finished tied for 8th.

  • Notes: Played in ASA, Pony and USSSA tournaments. Finish rank 1 in Eastern Pa and 5th in region 1 and 18th national for USSSA power rankings.
