Softball Skills V...Personal Statement
I'm very driven to achieve my goals of playing softball at the next level. I believe putting the time in during the off-season makes you a stronger player physically and mentally. I have a personal hitting coach, Marc Shoenfelt. My personal trainer at Parisi Speed School, Russ McDonald is an Olympic strength coach. I go to Power Train also for cross training.
On my team I lead by example. I'm a team player and can play multiple positions because of my speed, good glove and arm strength.
Academically I've always been a good student and I'm well liked by my teachers. I lead by example in the classroom also. When my teachers look for volunteers to help out, I'm always eager to get involved.
I'm looking forward to taking my game to the next level, along with putting the work in academically and physically to get there.
