Juanita Baker '17 Recruiting Profile

As you have read, my name is Juanita Baker, but I go by Faith. I have been playing softball since I was 4 years old. I play the whole infield and I pitch also. I fell in love with this game from the start. I have so much passion for it. I love the competition it brings. It makes all my stress and worries go away when I am on the diamond. So when I got older and I was watching softball on TV, I was like I want to be on there, I want to play college softball. I also have goals for my academics. I want a good future. I want to be either an athletic trainer or a physical therapist. I love sports, and hands on things, so its the perfect fit for me. Going back to athletics, I go to Silver Bluff High School in Aiken, SC. I have been a leader on the softball team there and have also been a leader for my travel team. I show leadership no matter if its on the field or in the classroom.
