August 2014Personal Statement
I am currently a sophomore at Martin High School. Softball has been my passion since I was 5 years old. I have a strong knowledge of the game, mentally. Through the years I have made it my goal to take something positive from every tournament, whether it be a moment or from someone I met.
During my freshman year I was the starting pitcher, starting every game at pitcher or 3rd base and earned District Rookie of the year, Team MVP and VYPE player of the week. At the close of the season I was ranked 5th in the 5A pitchers of Texas and the only Freshman.
I hope to take my knowledge and life experiences of softball into my college career with the goal of a communications or sports medicine degree.
