Hi Coaches! My name is Alex Flohr, and I am in the graduating class of 2024. I am a junior pitcher, left/center fielder, and first baseman. I pride myself in currently having a GPA of 4.0 and being in three advanced/honors and college-level classes. Additionally, I am ranked 1 out of 406 people in my class.
I committed myself to the game of softball once I joined my current select team, where I play all year round. My coach, Jamie Cussac, helped me fall in love with the game while also showing me what it means to be a great teammate. The bonds, experiences, memories, and amazing friendships that I have made over the past four years is why softball has become so important to me. I cherish the time that I spend with my team competing on and off the field.
My goal is to play softball at the college level while earning a degree in Real Estate, Interior Design or Social Media Marketing. I hope to find a college where I can continue challenging myself both academically and physically while surrounding myself with other committed players.
I currently play on a second year 16u travel/select team called Pacific Fury Fastpitch, as well as Snohomish High School. On both teams, I am a proven leader and a great teammate and was awarded Honorable Mention as an All Wesco 3A pitcher. I am one of three starting pitchers and I am also a dominant left/center fielder and first baseman. No matter what position I am in, I am a natural leader both on and off the field, and I will always put in 100% effort to make my dreams a reality
