Joey Epperson

As most of the DI baseball programs have finished recruiting or are wrapping up for the 2009 class, Joey Epperson has grabbed a roster spot.
Joey has decided to attend the University of California at Santa Barbara. As he researched schools, visited campuses and met with coaches, Joey decided that he found his collegiate match.
A native of Lafayette, California, Joey has developed into a great player and even a better student. He has over a 3.6 GPA and scored an 1170/1600 on the SAT. He also participates in many extracurricular activities outside of sports.
Joey has been on the varsity team sense his sophomore year, named All-East Bay, First Team All-League, and Cal Hi Sports final nomination for All-State. This 6’1”, 185 lbs student-athlete is very versatile player who can play second base and outfield. Joey has great speed, running a 6.69 sixty yard das at the NorCal Showcase.
