NCSA Scouting Report
NCSA developed the Scouting Report so that student-athletes may receive evaluations from college coaches quickly and efficiently. Once evaluated, students who hope to earn not only recruiting opportunities, but college track scholarships, as well, will gain maximum exposure to the schools of their choice. Alec Hsu is a 6’2’’ 170 lbs Pole Vaulter from Phoenix, AZ. Alec is accustomed to success in track & field. As a freshman he broke his high school pole vault record with a 12’6’’ jump and qualified for state. Sophomore year he placed eighth at the 5A DI state meet with a personal record of 14’1.25.’’ Junior year was his breakout performance. He glided through season placing fourth at the state meet, but where he really shined was the Arizona Meet of Champions where he came in first with a jump of 15’6.’’ Alec has competed in USATF meets and is also a great soccer player.
