If you plan on wrestling at the college level you have to be competitive. It is the competition in the student athlete that stands them out from their peers and deems them capable of competing at the next level. Size, strength, and agility is always a factor, but there are a lot of student athletes out there that are strong, fast, and “athletic”. The competition in the athlete is what pushes them even further; to be greater than the others.

Impact Athlete of the Month
Cameron Croy
Brentwood High School
from Brentwood, TN
For the second time NCSA wants to recognize Cameron Croy as our impact wrestler of the month. Cameron is a stud 200# wrestler from Brentwood, TN and attends Brentwood High School. Cameron recently scored a 26 on his ACT and will be graduating in 2010.
On the mat, Cameron won the TN State championship earning a record of 40-0 and was honored with State Wrestler of the Year. Cameron recently returned from an unofficial visit at Ohio State University who placed 2nd this year in DI and is looking forward to visit several other top D1 programs this summer. Cameron’s determination and work ethic on the mat and in the classroom has already made him a top recruit for all schools
