I HAVE HAD MY PASSWORD EMAILED TO ME BUT STILL AM UNABLE TO LOG ON

As the saying goes, "Third Time's a Charm." Please try to login to our site one more time before moving to the next level of support. There are small things done during a login that could cause the system to read your correct information incorrectly.

Before logging in verify these settings and tips:

  • Your CAPS LOCK button is OFF
  • Your NUM LOCK is ON for Desktop Computers and OFF for Laptops
  • Also, remember that passwords are CaSe SeNsiTivE, so however you read the password you must type it that way exactly.
  • Never Try to highlight and paste in your username or password information. Special invisible characters might be accidentally added depending on your operating system.

Using the information in the the email that was sent to you please do the following:

  1. Visit the Student-Athlete Login Section of our website at http://recruit-match.ncsasports.org/fasttrack/login/clientHome.jsp
  2. Select your sport from the drop-down menu
  3. Enter your primary email address (the one displayed on your NCSA Scouting Report)
  4. Enter your password and click Login (case sensitive)
    • If this is your first time logging in enter the temporary password ncsa
    • If this is not your first time enter your personalized password.

WHEN LOGGING IN FOR THE FIRST TIME I RECEIVED AN ERROR WHEN TRYING TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD

When logging into our website for the first time some users may find the following occurring:

  1. You Successfully Login to the website with the temporary password provided to you
  2. You are prompted to change your temporary password to something new
  3. You fill in the old password, New Password and Confirm the New Password and Click OK
  4. Instead of continuing to login the site either locks up or a long string of HTTP CODE ERRORS appear, before you gain full access to the site.
  5. You try to log on to the website again with your temporary password and receive HTTP CODE ERRORS and can do nothing else from that point forward.

This occurs because the system actually completed the password change you had initially submitted, even though it did not give you a confirmation.

To correct this problem please login to the site using your Sport, Primary Email Address and Permanent Password you had previously entered. If you have forgotten that password please CLICK HERE and it will be emailed to you.

Additionally, if for some reason the password you selected is still not working please CLICK HERE and the password we have on file will be emailed to you. It is possible that due to the database error the password may have been written incorrectly or deleted.

If you have tried both the temporary and your new passwords and you are still unable to access the site please click here to escalate your problem and request personal assistance from our IT Staff.
