WHEN I CLICK THE SCOUTING REPORT LINK IT DOES NOT LOAD

The main problem that people experience is related to the way their email program handles our long URLs. When you click the hyperlink in our emails your web browser probably is not loading the entire link. Some email programs will break the active hyperlink into two lines without linking the second line's URL information. For example:

Original Link:
http://www.yourcompany.com/directory/subdirectory/file.html

Broken Link:
http://www.yourcompany.com/directory/
Subdirectory/file.html

As you can see the second line of the Broken Link example is not part of the active link (it is not underlined like the rest of the link). Since our links are extremely long some email programs will break those links into multiple lines. These lines should text wrap and remain active, but in some cases a line break occurs and it breaks the link causing only the underlined portion of the link to load.

To correct this problem just highlight the entire link, copy it and then paste it into your web browser's address bar.

If this works you should bookmark this page as a reference in case the problem occurs in the future.

If you continue to experience problems logging in after completing all the above steps please escalate the problem for immediate assistance.

HOW CAN I PRINT THE SCOUTING REPORT?

In the top right corner of the NCSA Scouting Report you will see a "Print" button. Click that and continue like printing anything else.
