NCSA: What is your job at NCSA?
Davidson: My main role at NCSA is to introduce families to our program and make sure they understand what they need to start out the process.
NCSA: What do you enjoy most?
Davidson: My favorite part of the day is hearing the eagerness in an athlete's voice to get better as a player. This is really why I first came to NCSA. I saw the ability to positively impact the lives of athletes to myself in high school.
NCSA: What are some things you'd wish every family would know?
Davidson: I wish every family would understand the importance of getting good grades. It is really sad to see when an athlete isn't taking his schoolwork seriously and is limiting his college search.
NCSA: How has your job changed since starting with NCSA?
Davidson: Since joining the company I have seen the company's staff, office and relationships with schools sky rocket.
NCSA: Tell us about your college experience at Indiana University.
Davidson: College at Indiana University was the greatest time of my life.
The relationships I made at school continue to positively affect my life on a daily basis. I hope everyone gets to have such an amazing experience.
NCSA: Who are your favorite teams and athletes?
Davidson: My favorite team will always be the Indiana Hoosiers football and basketball teams. My all-time favorite Indiana players are A.J. Moye, "Touchdown" Trent Green, and Antwaan Ranldle El.
My other great passion is skiing. My favorite skiers are Stein Erickson, Glen Plake, and Seth Morrison.
NCSA: What are your summer plans?
Davidson: After I graduated college I rode my bicycle across America as a part of the Journey of Hope Bike Team to help people with disabilities. Cycling remains a big part of my life. I am currently training for the Chicago Triathlon at the end of summer. I am also planning on riding to Milwaukee, my home town, to visit with this year's team at my parent's home. I haven't spent a summer in the Midwest in five years and can't wait to go sailing on Lake Michigan and back home on Pewaukee Lake.
