While at Ithaca, Todd played Tennis for the Bombers. The two year tennis captain left Ithaca with the most career doubles wins in school history, and was third on the all-time victory list.
Todd comes to NCSA after running competitive sports camps for all aged kids. He has a wealth of knowledge in just about every sport. Athletics are his true passion. After living the athletic dream in college himself, Smith says 'helping student-athletes is truly remarkable . I couldn't think of a better way to spend my days.'

Sarah Riva, originally from West Frankfort, Illinois, attended Frankfort Community High School where she varsity lettered in basketball and softball all four years. She was the first female athlete at FCHS to be nominated for the all-state team in two sports (basketball and softball) and was inducted into FCHS Hall of Fame in January, 2007 for both sports. Riva received a full-ride scholarship to play basketball at Eastern Illinois University where she was selected co-captain her Senior year. Lindsey Dean is a veteran sports journalist and soccer commentator, with over 30 years of experience in media. For the past seven years, he has been a primary play-by-play, color analyst, and promo voice for GOLTV. His match commentary has included leagues and games from all around the world, including La Liga BBVA, the German Bundesliga, the Serie A and many others. In 2006, he was the co-host of GOLTV’s nightly World Cup recap program, “GOLTV Goes to Germany,” which was produced in Germany and broadcast throughout North America. In addition to his soccer expertise, Dean has also served as the arena voice of the NHL’s Florida Panthers as well as the voice of the NHL Entry Draft. Most recently, he served as the lead English commentator for Terra Sports extensive coverage of the 2011 Pan-American Games in Guadalajara, Mexico. He and his wife Pam live in Chicago.

Jeff McLaughlin comes to NCSA as an Economics and Management Graduate from Beloit College in Beloit, Wisconsin. Jeff was a four year starter at running back/wide receiver for the Buccaneers as well as a catcher on the baseball team for two seasons. Jeff earned rookie of the year honors in 2004, junior of the year in 2006, and the Ed DeGeorge award in 2007, traditionally awarded to the top senior. Jeff also served as team captain in the 2007 season. Jeff originally hails from Oakridge, Oregon. At Oakridge High Jeff was a three sport athlete and received all-state honors as a running back his junior season. Jeff was also two time all-league in football, four time all-league in baseball and a two year starter in basketball.
