Kaitlyn Hadley '16 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing basketball since I was 6 years old. I have always enjoyed playing basketball, but realized when I started playing at the high school level that I wanted to play in college. I know that not everyone gets the chance to play in college and I understand that it is a once in a lifetime opportunity.  I am a team leader on the court and learning to be more vocal with my teammates. I lead by example and encourage my teammates. I have learned over the years how to be coachable and adapt to new plays, teammates, and coaches. I strive to work hard everyday. In the classroom, I am learning how to keep my focus on my studies and am becoming a better student. I want to attend a college that will allow me to push myself in the classroom and on the basketball court. I want to be a neonatal nurse and am looking for the right college environment that will allow me this opportunity. I hope to make my mom proud.
