Hailey Armus '19 Recruiting Profile

I am a true student athlete. My grades have always been my priority. Working hard at academics allows me to play the sport I love.

Playing basketball has allowed me to learn the best way to take care of my body so that I can be a good athlete. It has also taught me about teamwork, time management and having the determination to play well to help my team.

I have always looked up to my two older sisters and my dad. My older sisters’ played basketball in high school and at the collegiate level. They always encourage me to work hard and we work together so we can get better together. My dad played football in college and has always instilled in all of us an attitude of hard work and determination. I think that my favorite athlete, Steve Nash, helped me to learn about teamwork and a winning and fair attitude on the court.

My plans for the future are to go to a college where I can major in either Business, Finance or Psychology.
