Personal Statement

The quote, "Dreams Don't Work Unless You Do" is a quote I live by everyday. I know my dream of becoming a successful student athlete won't come true if I don't work hard on and off the court. I believe working hard and staying committed will take me anywhere and make my dream a reality.  I am a leader by example and understand what it takes to commit. I heed the advice of my leaders both inside the classroom and on the court. Academics are very important to me and my 4.1 GPA is indicative of my level of commitment in every aspect of my life.  Lastly, I have played every position except Point Guard, which has furthered my Basketball IQ and made me a versatile player. I am excited to join a college basketball team, take my skills to the next level, and represent your school! http://www.gjsentinel.com/lifestyle/articles/student-of-the-week-jan-9-2017
