For nearly six years now I've had the desire to achieve a basketball scholarship to a Christian College that fits me. I've made the conscious decision to try my best to pursue this goal of mine. I know the work and the dedication I'm required to put in, in order for me to be successful. This includes my hard work on the court as well as off the court. I realize that preparing myself academically for college is a big part of the recruiting process. With a GPA of 3.9 and making the Honor Roll several times, I am able to handle the responsibilities of being a student athlete.
I discipline myself in the classroom as well as in the gym. I take this sport very seriously, meaning when I practice I have a no nonsense attitude as I try to obtain the best workout possible. My mentality has helped me to develop into a very coachable player. However, I do play with a passion because I truly enjoy playing basketball. This is why I want to continue playing in college, along with getting a great education.
