My dream is to play in the WNBA. I've been playing basketball since 1st grade with my brother and I just love it. Because of my love for the game my parents have invested a lot of time and money on different levels of training. I realize that I have to work hard in order to accomplish these goals. Looking at what I have accomplished, you can see that hard work is not a problem for me. The other desire I have is to one day coach a college basketball team. I'd like to give back some of what has and will be given to me and that's opportunity! My career choice if these two don't work out is being a Physical Therapist. This will also provide the opportunity to help athletes and others that have been injured heal and get back to what they love.
My parents have been great role models too. They own a small HVAC company, so I see the hard work they put in. That's not the only reason I see them as role models though. My mom cooks breakfast every morning while my dad makes the bed. We have a family night on Friday if there are no basketball games. They find a way to make everything work. As for my brothers and I, their love is unconditional, and nurturing.
