Personal Statement
As a freshman, being able to go down state and being able to play on a college court was an experience I'll never forget. Now that I'm starting my sophomore year at my new high school, I have more responsibilities. These responsibilities have allowed me to interact with other teammates, build confidence, become a better player, and are preparing me for the collegiate level.
I've learned what it means to be a part of a team, have commitment, and how to be a leader. I am able to apply what I have learned in the classroom and on the court. Learning and gaining all of these good character traits, I am looking for a program that will focus on academics and then athletics. I believe that I am able to play for a college team and have the skills to become a leader as well. As a hard and determined worker, I have what it takes to play on the collegiate level.
