As far as academics are concerned, I have always attended the schools in the area with the highest academic standard, maintaining no less than a 4.0 GPA. Therefore, I would like to attend a college with a high academic standard, as my goals in life extend beyond a college basketball experience. I have been an athlete since the age of two, participating in team basketball, dance, competitive cheer, softball, gymnastics, volleyball, and track. I am an officer in student council and debate club. I am always eager to learn new techniques and concepts and I feel this aptitude helps set me apart from my fellow peers.
