Jasmine King '12 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Jasmine King.I am average height, strong, quick with the ball, and always ready to learn. I offer and display leadership on and off the court because I have been a team captain since my freshman year in highschool; I also display hard work because I am the first to get to the gym and the last to leave and I always work on my  game outside of practice. I have achieved many accomplishments over the years. 2nd team all state, 2nd team all-acadieana, 3rd team all-acadiana, 1st team all-district, MVP of district, and 1st team all-parish are just a few of the many achievements I have accomplished. To top it all off i have led my team to a great season of 35-0, a 5A state championsip, and a top 25 seeding in national rankings. I would like to go to a semi-large to large D1 school( but i would go to the best school for me even if it wasnt D1) that has a high academic level because i maintain a GPA of 4.0 and would like to be challenged in the best environment. If i do not get a full scholarship, I will be applying for scholarships and financial aid becuase of my family's financial situation. I have narrowed my desired major down to bio-medical engineering. As an athlete i would like play as a freshman at the highest competition level possible and make and impact on a team.
