Determination is a character trait of which I am particularly proud. On multiple occasions I have been told that my hard work will pay off, which has encouraged me to keep going in challenging situations. I find it reassuring when people notice my hard work because all too often, I question myself and wonder when I will realize the benefits of my hard work. For as long as I can remember I have been striving to achieve academic and athletic excellence. I am resolved to never give up on any of my goals; they are helping to shape me beyond my adolescent years.
