My name is Mariah Simmons, and I am from Charlotte, NC. What makes me different from other recruits is my determination and high achieving willingness both on and off the court. I have maintained over a 4.0 GPA all 4 years of high school while playing both high-school basketball and AAU travel. I have held leadership positions on both teams creating an enjoyable and competitive experience for my teammates. My game consists of a fast pace versatile play. I am able to be a facilitator on offense creating and setting up shots. On defense, I am quick on the ball with the ability to guarantee a steal.
