Hi, my name is Rosie McMahan. I am a Senior in high school and aspiring collegiate student athlete. I only started playing basketball in 7th grade, but through hard work and dedication I have become a valuable player with definite ability play at the next level. In my school season so far, I have already had multiple games with over 20 points on Varsity. As the head captain of my team, I push my team both verbally and by example to play selflessly and leave it all in the floor in each game. In both my sophomore and junior season, I received all conference honors and made the Eastern Conference Varsity all-star team. In my senior season, I was voted MVP of the entire conference and also received all-tournament honors. I am constantly working to improve my game both at team practices and my own individual workouts, and I strive to be a great listener and fast learner committed to success. I also am committed to success off the court. Academics are very important to me, and I have demonstrated that through a high GPA of 3.92 and a score of 29 on the ACT. I want to play at the next level, and I will do whatever to takes to rise above and reach my goal.
