Sophomore Year
I was Captain of my High School basketball team, I know its a big responsibility and I am ready for it. I received the Varsity Team Leadership award this season. I also have been picked to be a writer for my High School Magazine The Grant Magazine (thegrantmagazine.com) it is a nationally awarded publication and I am honored to be picked to be a writer. I traveled to New York this spring to accept an award at Columbia University for our school magazine, we won the Presidents Gold Award only a few schools nationally received this award.
After High School I want to play basketball in college. I have not really thought about where I would be going but that is not really the deciding factor for me. As long as I can get a good education and play ball I will be fine. I am interested in business and marketing or maybe be a physical therapist. A dream of mine is to travel all over the world and learn new things and get new experiences. After college I see myself being happy and having a profitable business or job.. My main goal in life is to be successful with everything I do.
