As a freshman my goal was to start on JV, little did I know that I would begin playing some on the freshman team and then only strictly JV. Then at the end of the year I would swing Varsity. Becoming a part of the Varsity team and then becoming a state champion my freshman year as well was a great accomplishment for me, especially having a program before me winning so many state titles. Being on the Varsity team for three years and still going I have learned that one important aspect of the game is to understand the level of hard work it takes to be successful.
I have played basketball all my life with my friends in club and throughout school, but after high school most don't have any idea of what they want to accomplish, I do. I want to continue my basketball career in college. I would love to be on a team that is not just a team, but one that is a family. I am the person who works hard all the time and is willing to take as much correction as needed in order to succeed. Leading a team is part of my character. I love the game of basketball and hope to continue playing on your team!
