Personal Statement
My goal is to play basketball at the collegiate level on a team where I can further develop and utilize my skills and to play for a school where I will be challenged academically. I am a defensive player who can handle and distribute the ball as well as score. I have the ability to stay focused under pressure and I am attentive to coaching and direction. I played varsity basketball for three years and was a team captain my Junior year. During the off season I am a sprinter and jumper on the varsity track team. I have medaled in all of my events and was a WPIAL finalist in the 4x100 and 4x400 meter relays, long jump, and the 300 meter hurdles. I have a GPA of 4.21, so academics is very important to me. I plan to become a business major and also attend law school in the future.
