Sierra Kotchman '17 Recruiting Profile

My ultimate goal is to attend a college or university that is a great fit for me so that I may  continue my education and play collegiate basketball at a high level. I have tremendous work ethic in the classroom, in the weight room, in training sessions and on the court. I work hard and try to improve everyday. I am a team player and I am extremly coachable.  I have attended Point Guard College 3 seasons and I uphold the highest level of character and discipline  on and off the court! I played for my mother up through 8th Grade and she still trains me.  She walked on at Ohio University and became the first woman in school history to score 1,000 points. She has instilled in me the importance of sacrifice and hard work necessary to play at the next level.

I have a 4.1 GPA and I feel I am balanced academically and athletically. In addition to playing basketball, I love all sports and jump at the opportunity to throw a football, frisbee or softball. I enjoy camping, kayaking, biking and and the Beach! I am a huge Walking Dead fan! I am a volunteer basketball coach and I do a lot of volunteer work through the National Honor Society. 

I feel I will be an asset to the collegiate team I join based on my passion, work ethic, attitude, character and skills!
