My inspiration is that I'm not the only girl in high school that is 5 foot 5 there are other girls That are 5 foot 5 and they might have the same speed as me and maybe participate in Things like camps and aau just like me but there are 2 things that make me different. What makes me different is my work ethic and my desire I wanted to go to next level since 5th grade. Going to the next level has always been a dream for me. You don't have to be talented to give effort or to work hard. I work hard every day I'm in the gym every day whether it's practicing on my own time by myself or at La fitnes playing against grown men trying to better my game. Even when I'm resting I am watching basketball from women's college basketball to the pros trying to study the professionals moves and simply because I want to see myself on TV one day. My passion for this game is unbelievable and it is hard to express in words. In every game whether it is a pick up game at the gym or a scrimmage I go hard. I remember I played in a Scrimmage not to long ago and my team and I made a good play and I celebrated and my opponent said "it's just a scrimmage." but not to me I go hard every day because that's the only way I know how and I know with that mentality I'll be very successful! I play as though every day is my last day with the basketball. My inspiration is my parents not having to pay a penny for me to go to college because they don't waste a dime on me now. In other words they Pay for the keystone state camps and the aau teams, and he memberships for me to work in the gym and I just wanted to let them know that I'm thankful! Yes, it's easy to say but I want to show them that this is going to pay off when I go to college I sacrificed so much for the sport I love! I sacrificed important family gatherings and special events because I'm so passionate about basketball. And I am faithful that this is all going to pay off!
