Personal Statement
I have the ability to know when to lead and when to build my teammates up to get their best so that we can be successful together. My focus during a game and practice is always team first. My attitude is to never give up and I practice this motto in my school work and playing basketball. I'm inspired by my mom who has battled breast cancer with a fighting spirit to win. She also was a college athlete who won a Division 1 national championship in Women's Water-Polo. She always stresses putting in extra time to practice and to have faith that the work you put in will result in achieving your goals. As a result, I want to help my team win as many games as possible.
