Erin Cepeda '18 Recruiting Profile

I love the game this game! I am a fundamentally solid Point Guard with high IQ.  I see everything on the court and love to make the assist. I am fast, get the steals, blocks, rebounds, and I score.  I love to make the assist though!  It's more exciting for me to make a great pass than even scoring(well, I love both), although I know when to penetrate, finish, draw the foul, and when to kick it out to a shooter  (I have been playing at a small Christian school with limited talent around me. I notice my game is totally different when I have others around me that can play)

I am an HONORS student, have a 4.2 GPA, and a 1260 SAT score. I am a  leader on and off the court; I make sure every single teammate not only works hard, but is included. I am an influencer and make a positive difference.  I exhort others to greatness and won't settle.  I work hard, train hard, and encourage those around me to do the same. I don't compromise. I love the Lord and have been on many missions trips, and love to serve others. 

I am a team player. I see the whole court, always know where everyone is, and I love to share the ball, but know when to finish.  I love to make the assist! (I know I already said this)  It's so rewarding to push the ball up the court, get the ball to the big, or the cutter, to see them finish.  I also drive strong to the hoop when I see an opening, know when to kick it out and I know how and when to draw the foul.
