Brooke White '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Brooke White. I'm currently attending Georgetown High School in Texas and I will be graduating in 2023. My freshman year, I was the only freshman to be selected to play on the JV team. Moving into my sophomore year I was made a flex player for the varsity team. 

I began my basketball journey right around the age of seven and have loved it ever since. I had the honor of being captain of my 7th and 8th grade teams in middle school. I have been a leader on and off the court all throughout my AAU seasons and my previous high school years.  I encourage my teammates and I help to promote a competitive environment every time I step onto the court. 

Some of my strong attributes are versatility, ball handling, and shooting. A list of intangibles are poise, confidence clutch performance, and calm under pressure.  I dedicate my time by putting in countless amount of hours to be a great and consistent shooter. I would stack my work ethic and commitment to improvement with anyone.

Along with leading and encouraging on the court, I also consider myself to be a leader in the classroom as well. From Pre-AP to my AP classes this year, I have learned what it takes to maintain a good GPA and continue my focus throughout the basketball period. I plan on getting a head start for my college classes by taking my high school ACC courses for English and History. 

I have had a burning passion to pursue my dream of becoming an interior designer for as long as I could remember. I plan on entering classes that could potentially help me follow my dream of designing for beautiful homes. I will be a great asset to any college program, and am excited to give and bring everything I can to my next program.
