Personal Statement

I was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. I have been around the game of basketball since I was born and started playing basketball at the age of 4 years old. I grew up around my dads adult male basketball team that have trained me and now that are local basketball coaches, and have been coached by some really great AAU coaches.

I am now a senior at Hanks High school. It will be my third year on varsity and the starting Point Guard. I led my team to Elite 8 my Junior year, and I hope to do even greater things this year. My Sophomore year I made second team All District and my Junior year I made first team All District, following All Tournament Region girls 4A basketball championship.

My plans after high school are to hopefully continue my basketball career and major in the medical field. I have commited to North Platte community college but I'm looking for somewhere else to play after.
