My name is Jessica Monroe and I am a part of the class of 2016 at McLean High School. When I graduate college I am looking to become a sports broadcaster so I will still be able to spend time around the game that I love. Long story short, I love basketball and everything that comes with it. It is not just a sport to me. When I do so little as to pick up a ball or hear the sound of sneakers on the court, I am happy. I love basketball and I have had serious passion for it since I was a little girl. Ever since I was young I have wanted to play college ball. I work hard with intensity through every workout, practice, and game. I am a leader on and off the court and I work hard to succeed with my teams. My teammates and coaches always tell me that I look ecstatic when I play and that everything just looks natural. Basketball is my passion and my dream and I can't wait to represent a college someday.

Excellent with the fundamentals. Has a nice shot on her and doesn't rush it w/ players coming after with hard contests. A smoothness to her game you don't normally find in HS except with the higher level players. Would love to see a post game develop to be able to take smaller girls down on the clock. She has the perimeter skill set to be tough underneath bc of excellent foot work and hands."
