2014 HighlightsPersonal Statement
I have been playing basketball since I was in the 4th grade, and ever since then I have love the game. I love the intensity and the passion for the game. Ever since I was little I always have had the mindset that I wanted to play at the college level. And I am open to any college at any level.
What makes me different from all the other recruits is that I will work hard each and every day to make the team and myself successful. I am a very coachable player. I am always a team player on and off the court. I try to be a leader and set a good example for the younger kids on the team especially when they are having a hard time or if they are struggling.
My grades are important to me. I just got accepted into the National Honors Society the beginning of this year (Junior Year) and it meant a lot to me. My goal is to maintain a 3.5 GPA or better throughout my college career. In being a student athlete I consider myself a student first, then a athlete.
