Brittany Turner '17 Recruiting Profile

Being from a small town, I've always had big dreams and aspirations of what the rest of the world has to offer and what I can contribute to it. Basketball is and has been a huge part of those dreams. I found that out at a very young age, and from that point on, I've dedicated my life to it. I'm absolutely committed to the game, it's what I love, live and breath and it's by far, more than just a sport for me.  Throughout my high school years thus far, I've learned that you definitely have to be in it to win it, work hard day in and day out, be determined and motivated in order to succeed at your highest level and to reach your full potential. I've also learned there's much more to consider that just sports in order to be a successful athlete in high school as well as at a University.  Education is very important and is the key to everything, without it,  being great in any sport doesn't mean much.  As I've matured, I've learned that you not only must dream, but you must make your dreams your reality, without any limitations, and that's what I live by.  Ultimately, it's my goal to be a part of an organization where I would be able to achieve my dreams and aspirations of competing at the next level and becoming a successful athlete.
