Thalia Watters '18 Recruiting Profile

I am currently a Business major. My goals and aspirations is to live life and improve myself physically and mentally everyday. As an "Army Brat" I have to be assertive and make the best of my current situation as the military can move us or I can lose friends on a more frequent bases. I would assess that my attitude and my drive makes me different from other athletes. Because of this I work harder and attempt to understand all aspects of the game to improve my play. I am hard on myself and demand the very best out of myself. I work hard and I am willing to learn something new to improve my skill set in every practice. With that being said I am able to accept constructive criticism; and I do not feel sorry for myself; I get mad, learn from it, and then I get better! This practice comes from my parents because they demand the best from me so I am just used to performing hard in the classroom and on the court. This is the standard without any excuses. This is what I will bring to any program that I have the opportunity of being apart of.
