Aniston Denckla '18 Recruiting Profile

Dedicated, hard working, goal oriented, team player, leader. I believe in these actions, words and strengths and know I can bring them to your program. Both on and off the court I have continued to build myself a career in basketball while maintaining a higher level of education that will only help myself in the future. I am organized with the ability to handle multiple situations and give each challenge my best effort. I will bring the knowledge, skill and leadership to your team and help build and continue the great basketball your program deserves. I train up to five hours a week on all basketball skills with my Elite AAU team and have team practice two to four hours a week. I also weight lift and do agility training to better myself on the court. When in season for high school we practice and play six days a week. At the end of the 2014-2015 season I was named MVP of our varsity squad and MVP of the NE Division of the SPSL for my freshman year.  We finished with a 20-7 record. In 2016 I was named to the 1st team in the NE Division and also helped lead my team to its first state championship appearance in over ten years.  I will do what it takes to make everyone a better player to make your program reach its full potential.
