Reagan Radel '16 Recruiting Profile

Dedicated. Driven. Hardworking. These are just a few traits that characterize me as a diver. In any sport it is very important to be able to work well with and encourage others, take constructive criticism well, be willing to try new things when asked, put full trust into your coaches and team members, and know when to ask for help. I also find it very important to set goals for myself. Over many years of diving I have set two goals I very much hope to achieve. The first goal, make it to states all four of my years of my high school career. As of right now, I have accomplished this feat. The second is to become a part of a team and compete at the collegiate level, continuing to grow as a diver throughout my years in a higher education.
